Q: I ordered the wrong item, and I want to exchange it. What do I do? A: See Policies. Q: I would like to return an unwanted item. What do I do? A: See Policies. Q: I placed an order, but was shipped the incorrect item. What do I do? A: Return the incorrect item and include a return receipt for freight. The freight credit will either be the exact amount on the original invoice or the actual cost of the freight to CheapAsCanBe. This will be done at Cheap As Can Be's discretion. If the order was shipped ground, and the end user decides to overnight the package to us to get it here faster, they will do so at their own expense. Once the incorrect item has been returned, we will ship out the correct item. If you wish to have the correct item shipped out prior to us receiving back the incorrect item, we can do so, but you will be responsible for the original item’s purchase price should it not get returned. Make sure to: - Include a copy of the original packing slip. - Note the Return Authorization number on the outside of the packaging. - Ship it via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS w/package tracking). Q: I received a package that was damaged in transit. What should I do? A: You should contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. Q: My order appears to be lost in transit. What should I do? A: A claim will be filed for the lost package. You should contact Cheap As Can Be, and we will file a claim with the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). These claims can take upwards of 30 days. If you would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package. Q: I received a defective item. What should I do? A: If the product is defective, then see manufacturer warranty list for return instructions. Q: I have changed my mind and have not yet received my product, but I want to cancel my order. What do I do? A: Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled. All orders that are canceled will be reimbursed all charges, except for credit card orders, which will still be subject to the initial (2.8%) credit card processing fee that was charged at the time the order was placed. Q: Is everything you sell listed on your site? A: No, we have access to many more products other than what is listed on our site.
