SILENT AUCTION CONDITIONS:

 

1.  By placing a bid in our auctions, the bidder agrees to be bound, both legally and morally, to his or her bid.  BIDS ARE IRREVOCABLE ONCE PLACED.  All bids will be considered a legal binding contract, and bidders agree to be bound by these terms.  Bidders should NOT place a bid until they understand the bidding process and what they are bidding on.  Send any questions to auctions@cheapascanbe.com.

 

2.  By bidding, you are stating that you are ready, willing, and able to purchase the item, plus any shipping charges, and/or credit card charges, if applicable, as disclosed in the item description.  If you are outbid, or your bid does not meet our reserve price, you are under no obligation to buy.  

 

3.  Bids may NOT be cancelled or retracted without the permission of BushCo LLC.  However, BushCo LLC is not obligated to release any winning bidder from his or her bid, so be polite when requesting a release.  All winning bidders requesting a release will be charged a $10.00 re-stocking/administration fee.  BushCo LLC reserves the right to decide each release request on a case-by-case bases, and bidders agree that all release decisions made by BushCo LLC are final.  Send all requests for release to auctions@cheapascanbe.com.

 

4.  By bidding in our auctions, you agree to provide us with your contact information, including name, address, email, and telephone number.  Bidders agree to provide accurate and truthful information on the bid sheet.  Bidder understands that any inaccurate or untruthful information may void his or her bid, and that it is a violation of federal law to provide inaccurate information concerning firearm purchases.

 

5.  A winning bidder, or buyer, is defined as the highest bidder of a regular style auction, or the highest bidder of a reserve style auction in which the bid meets, or exceeds, the reserve price.   

 

6.  Winning bidders, or buyers, agree to respond within two (2) calendar days from the date of notification to arrange payment and, if applicable, FFL information.  If the winning bidder, or buyer, does not respond within two (2) calendar days, then he or she agrees to forfeit all rights as the winner and the item will either be sold or put back on auction.

 

7.  Bidder agrees to settle any legal disputes under the law and jurisdiction of the state of Missouri.  Furthermore, bidders agree to hold harmless BushCo LLC - Cheap As Can Be, and any of its affiliates, employees, and owners, from any wrongful acts committed by the bidder, or any other third party. 

 

8.  BushCo LLC - Cheap As Can Be reserves the right to end, alter, modify, or change our auctions in any way, without any notice, and at any time, and we further reserve the right to refuse business to anyone.

 

9.  Any dead-beat bidder who knowingly, and/or willfully, violates the terms and conditions of our auctions as stated above, will be banned from any future auctions.

 

In short, if you can't demonstrate honesty and integrity by fulfilling your legal and moral obligations, then don't bid in our auction! 

 

SILENT AUCTION TERMS:

 

1. All auctions are subject to availability. See sub-section’s (a) and (b) below for details:

a. Items are sold over-the-counter and on our website in concurrence with our auctions, and therefore, can go out-of-stock during the course of the auction.

b. If a bid is placed on an in-stock item, but then the item goes out-of-stock during the course of the auction due to an over-the-counter sale or being sold on our website, the high bidder will be completely released from the auction and owe us nothing. 

2. Firearms will only be shipped USPS.  See sub-sections (a) and (b) below for further shipping details:

a. Registered mail and insurance are no longer required. However, if the high bidder does not choose to insure the package and the package gets lost in transit, then the high bidder agrees/understands that they WILL NOT receive a refund. Signature confirmation for $2.10 will remain.

b. Shipping costs will usually be between $10.00 and $15.00 for a 12”X12”X12” item weighing 4 pounds with signature confirmation, but without insurance. For customers desiring insurance, please let us know via e-mail once the auction has ended.

c. Customers will be charged actual rates. There are no hidden costs in our shipping rates.

3. Pursuant to federal law, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a handgun, or handgun ammunition.

4. If paying by credit card, an additional (3.6% + 0.30) will be added to the purchase price.

By bidding in this auction you are certifying that you agree to, and that you are in compliance with, all the terms and conditions of this auction, and that you are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
