GENERAL:

A winner will be randomly chosen on the 1st of every month from all eligible entrants. Winners will be posted on the CheapStakes winners page. Entrants agree to have their photo, name, and location (City and State Only) posted on our winners page.

Entrants agree to allow BushCo LLC Cheap As Can Be to randomly pick the winner of this CheapStakes, which shall be final in all respects relating to this cheapstakes. Furthermore, all entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless BushCo LLC Cheap As Can Be and its agents from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in this CheapStakes, or from the misuse of prizes including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage.

All winners agree to allow BushCo LLC Cheap As Can Be and its agents to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on BushCo LLC Cheap As Can Be website without compensation (unless prohibited by law).

No prize transfer or cash redemption will be awarded, nor will there be prize substitutions, except in the case of unavailability, in which case the entrant agrees to accept a prize of comparable or greater value.

BushCo LLC Cheap As Can Be will assume the cost of the prize and its associated shipping costs to the address provided by the winner. THE WINNER PAYS NOTHING! However, if the winner provides an incorrect shipping address and the prize is returned, the winner agrees to assume all shipping costs associated with the prize.

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. CheapStakes is open to all legal residents of all 50 states who are 18 years of age and older, and who are legally able to receive the item/s won. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure he or she will be in compliance with his or local, state, and federal laws prior to entering this CheapStakes.

EXEMPTIONS:

All employees, officers, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) or members of the same households (whether related or not) are not eligible. Any winner who does not wish to provide a photo, and have their information (Name and Location Only) posted on our website will not be eligible.
