Q: Can I pay for my order with a check?
A: Yes, however, you must call in your order. Additionally, your order
will not be processed for shipment until your check is received and cleared. Any checks returned for insufficient funds are
subject to a $25.00 fee.
Q: How do I know if you received my order?
A: Once your order is placed,
you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order was received.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into "My Account", and then clicking on "Order History".
Q: Do
you ship internationally?
A: No, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states and to Alaska and Hawaii. There is
one exception to this rule, it is permissible to ship tents to Canada. Compliance with regulations added countless hours
to processing international orders, and our prices are too low to justify spending the time and effort required to ship compliant
international packages.
Q: Why list items you don't stock?
A: Most retailers only stock items that
are most popular with their customers. However, if a customer purchases an item that we do not stock, or requests
that a particular item be listed, we then add that item to our site as a Not-Stocked-Item to test the items popularity, and to
show other customers that we can get that particular item, even though we do not stock it. If the item becomes popular,
we may then stock the item on a regular basis. So remember, if you don't see what you are looking for on our site,
let us know, and we will try and find it. This helps build item popularity, and may just get the item you are looking for
stocked on a regular basis.
Q: Why do you list a price of $0.00 on NSF's, and then customers must ask for the POR
(Price-On-Request)?
A: If an item is not stocked, pricing cannot be guaranteed due to fluctuations in the
market. Therefore, to quote customers an accurate price, we request that they ask for a current price at the time of interest
or purchase. Additionally, suppliers may have a quantity of 100 of a particular item available today, and none tomorrow. These
procedures ensure our customers are getting the best possible prices and availabilities on all Not-Stocked-Items.
Q:
Why does it take 7-10 days for an NSF (Not-Stocked-Firearm) to be delivered to my FFL?
A: Suppliers
will not ship firearms directly to your FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee), and since you cannot purchase directly
from the suppliers they require the firearm to be mailed to us first. We must then mail the firearm to your
FFL after we receive it.
Note - This only applies to internet order customers. Local customers will pick-up the firearm
directly from us, and delivery will be between 3-5 days.
